Cool Trines Ahead ~ 9 Feb 2012

But first, my apologies for the strange subject line. There have been isolated reports from various individuals that they cannot open the Galactic Times, or that the content received is outdated. The most common Internet providers included are Yahoo, Hotmail and AOL. However, not all users of those providers have problems. Now, I have spent many hours talking with my technical support about the codes and content of my Galactic Times. The analysis: there are no errors in the codes that can cause such problems. The answer seems to be that certain Internet providers in recent updates may have reset the refresh codes in certain computers. Why? Who knows? But I can assure you that the content coming in the Galactic Times to you is new and error free.

If you have been having such problems, here are a few suggestions you can try before contacting your Internet service provider for technical support:

Use the clean disk function on your computer to clear temporary files.
Make sure galactic@philipsedgwick.com is included in your e-mail book.
Check your Internet settings to ensure that each time your system views a web page or e-mail, it is set to check for new content.
Clear your cookies. If you don’t want to do this universally, you can search for cookies from Express E-Mail Marketing or philipsedgwick.com and clear only those.

Other than the above, you’ll have to check with your provider.

How’s that for Mars retrograde in Virgo?

So, how about that Saturn station? Hasn’t this been fun? That loud metal screeching sound like the wheels of a train on a track grinding to a halt seems to be echoing off the hills far and wide.

No, the world has not ground to a halt, but delays, extensions for further review, demands for more details, and new estimates of time and expense are essential. Yeah, it has not been fun. As I sat in the car repair shop waiting to hear that pack rats had eaten up the wiring in my car, I listened to the office managers complaining about the post Super Bowl blues, allegedly causing their lack of business and busyness. Nah, that’s not it. It’s the Saturn station. Combined with this Mars retro cycle, Saturn's reversal is are causing folks to hang back and rework the budget before spending. And once again, work to determine, does this action, energy expenditure, and/or cash outlay serve greater purposes?

Or perhaps the consideration should focus upon, is there an alternative? Venus just passed by Uranus, seeking alternative fiscal paths. In the next day, Venus moves up to Ceres, pondering: What can I do to restore a sense of potency in my life and control over the circumstances at hand? Changes in course may be required. Those changes are best pursued leaving behind the laments of what was attached to previous actions and circumstances. At least that’s what the lingering conjunction of Ixion-Pholus-Hylonome suggests. You know: to glean the best from a second chance (or new, alternate, refreshed paths of action), make every act a ceremonial celebration and shed regret and grief as you go.

Soon, Jupiter moves up into a lovely trine to Pluto (exact on March 12). On all levels this aspect signals progress. Yes, that probably includes progress for plutocrats, too, who seek to ride and capitalize upon every wave of opportunity. It might be worth watching them because their plutocratic nature seems to have a nose for sniffing out something new and the next great thing. That’s what this trine suggests, and it only asks that one prepare and focus what they bring to the table before showing up and expecting recognition and reward.

There’s an increasing push for progress as the Jupiter to Pluto matures. It will take just over a month for the pattern to culminate from where we stand. When it does, Venus is nearly aligned with Jupiter. Jupiter trines Pluto just as Mars retrograde vectors in place for a lovely grand trine. By any astrological rendering, this is a time of solid footing, and an era in which the ground floor of any major foundation takes form. This is the kind of pattern upon which dreams can be anchored.

Yes, Mars is retrograde still. But days before, on March 3rd, Mars is directly aligned with the Earth and the Sun. Mundane matters could not have clearer light focused upon them. Those with clarity of goals, accurate assessment of what’s needed and what’s available advance further and fastest.

Even though Venus to Uranus and Ceres over the next days could cause you to feel left behind, ignored or disadvantaged by the system or powers that be, there’s resolution to be found on the near horizon. On February 26th, Venus aligns with Eris. At that point, vote yourself onto whatever island suits your greatest aspirations. Create a niche that matches your evolutionary agenda and affirm your efforts in the real world that can make it happen. Avoid the “I’ll never break into management,” “be able to get into the ballet company,” “be accepted for my brain,” or whatever skewed belief leaves you feeling excluded. This is a time when your value and worth can be noted, and a time in which you can make headway into placing yourself in positions that respect and value your merit.

The range of these manifestations can occur in the mundane. They results can be in creative brilliance. The unfolding opportunities can occur in spiritual growth or contributing to global evolution.

Bear in mind  these patterns involve Jupiter and trines. These patterns play best with those who already have a resume written, demo reel recorded, or an arsenal of work to show.  Jupiter and trines do not do as well with those persons promising they can have something to submit next week, next month, or after the Mayan Calendar turns over.

As the screech of Saturn’s turning fades, why not take the month ahead, add a few days more and get down to work. Be fruitful. Be fecund. Be fabulous. And mostly be full of wind in your perfectly tacked sails.
